Policies
- No Smoking
- Cancellations before 3 week prior to stay will be charged a $25.00 fee.
- Cancellations before 48 prior to stay will be charged 1 nights rent.
- No cancellations or refunds after 48 prior to stay unless there are extenuating circumstances.
- Deposits: Half at time of reservation. Full payment due 2 weeks prior stay.
- Lock box code will then be sent when final payment is recieved.
- Cleaning Fee: None
- Please strip beds, pull any dirty towels, run the dishwasher, empty garbage, and turn down heat after your stay.
